Who we are
Aspen Auto Detailing is a mobile detailing business owned and run by Wyatt AhYee in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. You can reach us at (208) 691-5839 or aspen.adetailing@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you book, ask for a quote or sign up for a referral code, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, appointment details and any notes. When you use the site we also record basic technical data such as the page you landed on, the site or ad that sent you, and your browser type.
How we use it
To schedule and complete your detail, to contact you about your appointment, to track referral credits, and to understand which of our ads and pages bring in customers. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses first-party storage to remember which page or ad sent you to us. If we run the Meta Pixel, it only loads after you accept cookies in the banner. We may also send booking events to Meta through its Conversions API so our ads reach people like you. Contact details sent that way are hashed first.
Who else sees it
Bookings and form entries are stored with our website host (Netlify) and forwarded to the tools we use to run the business, such as Zapier and Slack. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Call, text or email us and we'll take care of it. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop marketing messages.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page.
